Finish a sql DB infrastructure linked to a real time GPS app (app already created and all DB already created)

Hello, I need somebody to finish a MySql structure. It consists on writing the code to add some data in the SQL databases that have already been created (check attached file). Apart from this I need a validation to login and see the data on google map. The session will last 2 hours after the login id is created from the backend. Right now there is a map where see the data but it's not autoupdated. I need it to update by itself so that it's real time. You can check the attachment to understand better.
