Very urgent! Custom CMS jobs then move to Drupal

We need a capable and communicative programmer with minimum 5 years work experience in a complex custom CMS environment. We need some important changes applying to our global website settings. The main problem and absolute priority is menu navigation fixes and some debugging. This is A CUSTOM CMS problem, so you must be absolutely fluent in high level javascripting and php with plenty of asp e-commerce scripting for us to see working and working well in your portfolio. On satisfactory completion of work, the successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to move our entire website to Drupal or Joomla (still to be decided upon). This work is ad hoc and medium term, 3-6 months. Repeat: at the moment, THIS IS NOT DRUPAL OR JOOMLA WORK, the first jobs are fixing someone elses CUSTOM CMS.
