Payments Platform Needed (Paypal)

We need a Paypal platform integrated into our site. It is a site that allows local businesses to publish ads. Each business will have an Account. An ad cannot be published unless the business has money in the account. For this project we would like for you to build a page on our site and connect it to our DB. preliminary requirements: Basically: PHP-MYSQL-CSS-no tables, E_Comerce 3+ years for each For your information, below is how the entire payments platform will need to work, but some of this we can build internally. Option to work on more projects for us to following this one. **Payment Integration** ** ** **- Merchants must either have a positive balance or they must make a payment before publishing a deal.** ** ** **- A Payments link should be put on the merchant's (a) home page, (b) venue page, and (c) deal page.** ** ** **- Payments need to be submitted in $2 increments.** ** ** **- When Payments are submitted, the master deal limit should be updated accordingly.** ** ** **- Payments and Deal Limit fields need to be linked together and updated in real-time.** ** ** **- The Deal Limit field for each deal should be a dropdown that only allows merchant to select max limit of conversions, which is determined by the current funds available as dictated by the master deal limit.** ** ** **- The merchant's balance and # of conversions available must be included in the Reports page too. ** ** ** **- When a merchant's deal limit runs out, the deal should be deactivated, and the merchant should be sent an automatic email telling them they have run out of funds.**
