Internet Explorer Pop Up Blocker

All I need is sample code for this project. I do not need a fancy application. However, I do need the code to be very specific. I need the code to monitor all IE Shell windows, and ONLY allow a popup window to be displayed if it was the result of either: 1) Clicking on a navigation link, such as a standard text link, a graphic image, a button. Also, needs to ALLOW the popup if a link that was clicked executes a javascript popup, OR fires the 'onclick' event to open a new window. These need to be detected and allowed to be displayed. Example: [2) The result of right clicking on a link and selecting "Open In New Window". The only other requirement is that the detection and closing of the popup windows takes place PRIOR to the window being displayed. *A MUST* This should be very basic for anyone with solid experience working with Internet Explorer and VB code.
