Unicode conversion (VB6)

I require code (.bas module in VB6) to do unicode conversions from RTF representation to HTML representation. This is for East Asian Lanaguages. This project is harder than it may as first seem. Such that for example all I require is the unicode side of the conversion. So I would like to pass in a string like this: \lang1033\'c7\'eb\'ca\'d4\'d1\'e9\'d2\'bb\'cf\'c2\ into a module and get out a string like this: 请试验一下 Which is the HTML equivalent of the above RTF representation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
