This portal is it to automate support to Real Estate Agents in USA. Application shall have following functionality: 1. Agent Dashboard 2. Call Center/Support Agent Dashboard 3. Admin System shall have Integration with external systems using web-services. System shall have option to charge users and shall have option to generate track invoices. System shall have option to add, maintain, pay different service providers (Vendors). System shall have option to issue work orders for different services. System shall be able to manage Referral, Coupons, discounts for shopping carts. To create Smart Phone Apps (iOS and Android) Proposal should contain following: Past Experience Approach - Tools and Technology Payment Terms Warranty/Support Tools used for Development - Requirement Management, Defect Manage etc. Mock-ups if any Cost to own and cost to maintain if any paid tool used
