Backup Programmer

I need someone that analize and document and actual but simple databases interfaces and interactions and be available to work as a backup programmer. Programmer MUST have knowledge of MS Access because the source database is in that platform. That source is converted into MySql using Bullzip tool and then publish into a private web base Intranet. All details will explain during the process. I want to be clear since the beginning: If you don't have much time to dedicate to this project, please don't bid. I'm searching for a person that can be available every time we need a change in the system and sometimes requires inmediate actions. And definetly we will be adding different modules on a weekly/monthly basis until we finish the whole system (so there's programming work to do). Then, the project only will require very basic maintenance.
