The main goal is to build a Muti User, Multi Language, Billing / Invoicing Plattform where Users can login to a Internetportal, and get all of there small business needs, write/send Invoices, print Shipping Tickets, record payments etc. Primary to create and edit invoices, shipping tickets, for the simple need of send it through email to the customers, on a multi language plattform. The customers have a monthly Payment Plan which should be recieved over Credit Card, Pay Pal (handled by the software) and / or bank account bookings, 30Day Tryout Plan, without payments! WEBSITE HAS TO BE DESIGNED for this Project! MAIN FUNCTIONS: Multi User Capability: It should be possible to register and login to the plattform, around 4.000 Users are estimated, Multi Language Capability: All Language Related Texts should be held in a Database so, we can add more languages on the run. Which means all Text in the Software and also on the Presentation Site. Main Functions Software: Create / Edit – Invoices / Proposals / Orders / Shipping Tickets / Billing Reminders Send (Email) / Print / Save / Download (Link) - The Documents as PDF Databases: Own Profile Data Customer Profile Data Vendor Database Product Database / Stock Handling Billing Database / Proposals / Invoices / Repeating Invoices / Shipping Tickets Payments Recordings Import and Export Data to and from Software ( .xls, etc…) DOCUMENT CREATION All Documents should be possibly to export to a PDF Document, 5-8 Designs should be designed to choose as layout, company logos etc. can be attached in the background oft he PDF.
