create android app for real estate agent (customized)

Seeking to have a Android App created for my own real estate needs as an agent I'm an agent in Bahrain. I need an APP that can be opened on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and IPAD 2. It doesn't have to be extremely elaborate or complicated. It needs to act as a database for my properties whereby I can add information such as: location address size rental or sale price landlord details take a picture with the phone at that moment when viewing a property and attach it here. I would also like to keep a client database whereby I can add client's contact details, lease details and keep track of where they are living and when their leases expire. I would like to be able to categorize contacts and do instant emails to groups. Last main feature is that I also need to create a basic website that whereby I can upload new property listings and information... An important feature of the APP needs to be able to retrieve information according to search.. ex. by location, ex. by number of bedrooms, ex. by rental amount.
