Create a custom Share Bar with Subscribe buttons and a Subscribe Box

We would like to make it easier for people to subscribe to our site and share our content. We came across another site using very similar functionality that we desire. We want a floating left share bar with subscribe buttons included, plus we want to use the Sharethis plugin with a title text encouraging people to share above it, finally we want a "subscribe to us for more updates" box. A lot of coding for these features exist out there on the web. It just requires a skilled technician or coder to put it together.
