We own a server and it will be provided for you to work on the template. Requirements : Allowing 45 days or sooner to complete entire project and 7 test days after to check for problems. (Most work should be done within 14 days) MUST speak clear English, Communication issues is not acceptable. Budget: We will spend a max of 250$ BUT 150$ or less what we are looking for. *We have consulted with an expert in website design to come up with this projected number. Money: We will pay out in mile stones. On the 1st day. 5% On the 14 day or half point of project 45% On Completion day. 50% (Last day) (5% + 45% + 50% = 100% of project money) *All Money will be released 7 days after testing site and checking for errors. *No money will be released, if there is communication issues, including delays past 45 days, or violation of the NDA contract.
