Dating web site

I need for my client to a dating web site similar to badoo.com. Which allowed CMS Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla. All licenses must esserere free and respected. The graphics should be simple but professional (no graphic type amateur sites etc..) In essence, there must be the possibility: On the user side: - Login and registration in the traditional way or via facebook account - Insert category (Boy, Girl or Couple) - Sexual Preference - Description - Physical characteristics divided by sex, if couple will have to be a description for men and one for women (hair, eyes, height, breast size, etc.) - A main photo - The images and videos can be grouped into folders and defined private, public, for friends and so on. as it happens on Facebook. Other users if enabled can leave public comments that can be made visible or invisible by the owner of the profile. - As in Badoo Chat or Facebook. - Ability to hide your profile in a category. Example, a girl can make him invisible to couples. - Feedback with votes (with privacy settings ... public, hide ...) - Ability to see who has visited and to send or receive "teasers", "hearts" and "virtual flowers" - Manage friendships with other profiles Administrator side: - Enable or reject new members - Moderating all content including text, images, videos, etc.. - Lock or ban users - Certify a user as a real - Other functions required for an administrator to social network
