Hi, i see you need a really complex full featured site like emoneypool. Emoneypool is US only, and didnt want to border using a US proxy to view it(cos i happen to be in nigeria too), so i did a google on it. What you want is a site where people can make recursive donations and have a cumulative of these donations given to some other member, also with a user forum. I can get this done for you, am a well seasoned developer with over 8yrs experience, you can be assured a job well done. And I guess since we're both in nigeria, we can communicate better.
