Hello, I have an idea for a website that I want created through joomla (if you feel something might be better, let me know). I'll have a template for the website, or you might be able to provide one. The project has the following: Rating System, User can post anonymously or as a registered user (registered user gets more features, like being able to view parts certain parts of the website), Email notifications, Picture upload, Search database, Top 10 lists. As you can see I don't want to go into great detail about the project. Please feel free to contact me. You must have skype and able to speak english! Budget for this project is $200 or less. No Milestone payments - once complete, payment will be revived.
