Freelance Script urgent

Important: Read before bid. Perl/CGI, PHP, MySQL. Bug free not free bugs. Need a user friendly and 100% original freelance script with the following functions. 1) multi-language support (increasing language files must not affect any on going operation of website). 2) escrow functions (payment methods : Paypal, Egold...), admin must be able to control the amount of commission. Dispute alert and both parties must send dispute information through forms or email to admin for review. Admin will have the right to release any % of full amount to freelancer and webmaster. Homepage must be designed and focused on what freelancers and webmasters like to see. I've seen many scripts around (scriptlance,softbiz,pop,ilance,radlance etc..)so please don't show me other's work. I will need to own this script first hand.
