I need to develop a Joomla component for display video/text/pictures/news ticker in remote locations pcs Req. 1. User database 2. Upload videos/embed, Pictures 2. Play video playlsit of two type videos. a: to everyone b: only on specific users display 3. One third of right side for text and pictures advertisement 4. 20% of bottom down in two line news ticker in English and Arabic (left to right) 5. Display this website in full screen 6. Source code of the develop component with copyrights. 7. Easy to customisation and logos.
