Magento expert need for site launch and ongoing maintenance.

Hello. I'm looking to establish an ongoing working relationship with a Magento expeert that can help me take care of the technical aspects of the site. The site will be hosted at [login to view URL] which is a hosting provider that is highly optimized for Magento. I need a partner that is a Magento expert with the ability to perform modifications according to Magento standards so that official upgrades and patches will not break the site. Tasks and needs include: * Installing and modifying the theme and to reposition, remove or add certain elements. * Installing necessary modules. I have only selected modules that are highly used and recommended by respected developers and that have a good history of stability. Would also like your opinion on necessary or good modules. * Integrating Magento with other 3rd party applications. * Other technical aspects that may include CSS, javascript, HTML5, etc. * Assistance importing a CSV or XLS inventory file from our only vendor/distributor which we will be then hooking into [login to view URL] for inventory synchronization with our distributor. * Troubleshooting * Optimizing * Security * Speed performance of dynamic pages loading un-cached in under 2 seconds. We are using the Ultimo theme which I will need customized to meet our brand design and needs. Nothing too difficult. I would like to get up and running as quickly as reasonably possible.
