Magento expert needed for photo gallery work.

I have a magento website with Acumen theme. I need work done for our stylebook photo gallery page. I am looking for something similar to the gallery here, [login to view URL], with most of the same features. Users should be able to upload, rate, comment, facebook "like" and share photos with anyone, via facebook, email, etc. I would like the highest rated photo to be able to display on the homepage. Users can add title and description to photo, and should be able to add/edit/delete also. When mouse is rolled over photo, photo zoom will happen. One standard default size for users to upload photos (automatically resized to fit) only admin can change size I need control over users photos in admin, in case users post a offensive photo, or comment, etc. Currently there is gallery extension installed that is 100% open sourced, and is supposed to be customizable. I need this to work with sweettooth rewards extension, so when a user interacts with stylebook they are rewarded points. For example a user will be award point for photo uploads, and comments. Please post your portfolio, and work with similar jobs like this one. Future work may be available upon completion.
