Making Additions to current website, Optimize site to load faster adding a sign up box designed.

Hello I have a real estate site that I need to make several additions to the site. I would like to add a sign in box for users when joining site. I would like to customize some wordpress plugins to make similiar to my site theme, I would like to optimize all the pages on site to load faster for users.i would like to send emails to my host account. i would like to add several modules for users in property submit pages. i would like to add open house modules for users. Finally i would like to create an html widget for advertising and use the wordpress page widget to post advertisements based on area zipcode tags.
