3 Page website

See attached file for layout. Looking for 3 page website (home, page showing different photo booths available, & page where customer can request quote) Request to be emailed to me, ie Formmail? Attached file shows home page (don't like the white background of the boy, want it to blend in more with background: same with the picture of the torah) I may need a couple mock-ups with changes. I want the background faded. I only want to half of the photo strip to show. Page 2: will supply photos and text Page 3: Form with the following fields: customer name, email, phone #, address, type of event, location of event, number of guests, event address, date & time of event Max willing to pay $150. Providers who do mock-ups will be given priority.
