php and mssql developer requried

To be considered you will have to reply with Word or PDF Proposal covering/ budgeting all the content of the functionality and your understanding. *See the attachments* Looking for a PHP and MS SQL Developer to assist with a project. The project is a conversion from an existing Access 2003 application to a web based application utilizing PHP, Javascript, JQuery, JQGrid and MS SQL as the back end data source. The largest component outstanding is the Printing of the data results and forms from the queries. Looking for candidates with proven experience with the above technologies. The estimated time required is between 200 and 300 Hours. Additional work may be available after this initial project for the right person. Please send your qualifications. Complete and test remaining forms, most of which are the corporate forms at this point. Printing of forms and form data where required. If time allows, there are 2 tables that are part of the schema that are really there for future use. One is the Reg Detail table and the other is Preferences. I am not that concerned about preferences at this point, but an entry screen to fill in data about the regions would be a nice to have here, but not required. My goal is to have this completed and in production within a 6 week time frame. I assume that this can be accomplished with one or two developers. To insure a quick turn around I would like to consider a team of two. I do have a development environment available here with the SQL Server and database and IIS Server setup for use. I can provide VPN access to this for your use as well to speed the process along.
