Port website design, content & meta data from Expression Engine to WordPress

Take existing website design, content, indexing schema and meta data and port it (re-create) to an identical-looking custom WordPress theme. Need to preserve existing site design, content,indexing and metadata. Site is currently managed with Expression Engine CMS. We want to move the site to Wordpress. Need someone to take the elements of the current site design (Images, layout, styles, etc.) and re-create them on top of a bare bones WP theme.
