web site with mlm compensation program integrated

Dear programer, I need a web site ....could be a regular JOOMLA CMS, but hacked resistant. where users can login into their "back office" ( database is a must). into their offices, they will be able to see their personal details, their profile, their group details and their points into the mlm scheme, etc The web site will be in spanish ! I can provide all the translations, since speak both languages pretty well. The web site will be a mlm company, so members will register automatically and will pay for the " business kit " online, with a regular bank transfer (must be bank transfer, not pat pal or credit card, because of the fess), so after they pay, they will get register and their members id number etc, that will allow them to sign in next members and so on....( the only way to sign in ...is having the id of a sponsor). I need the payments to be a fix to the company,s bnck account, meaning only these options, with their respective points added to the mlm program automaticly added, once trasfer is complete. A 25.000 7 points B 50.000 15 points C 75.000 22 points D 100.000 32 points E 200.000 65 points Thats the basic idea, but i need help also with the compensation plan, I am almost certain it will be binary 50 / 50 with 2 legs only the ratio will dollars vs point would be around 15 points for us 100. but the compensation plan must have a stop payout limit, so the system will be sustainnable in the long run etc. so with the binary plan i would need you to run some some simulations in order to have to have an atractive compesation plan but, sostainable in the long run. all the adm software can be in the english, but everything for the users, must in spanish, for such, i will provide the translations I need a fix price for the whole project. time is not an issue, most important of all, it has to be well design and software stable, with no bugs please (: Looking forward for your replies ideally you should have mlm experiance, integrating the web site integrated with the compansation plan of the company, in a automatic way, or as automatic as possible the only thing that i want to do mannually is to pay the commissions to members ( with a fix maximum of dollars per month, for the sake of the mlm system, so it doesnt collapse in a coule of months or years) Rgs Christian C.
