CSV Conversion Program

Overview: Need a windows program that will convert a .csv into another .csv with a specific format and defined preferences set forth below. See enclosed: * What needs to be converted ([login to view URL]) * What it should be converted to ([login to view URL]) * Specific parameters needed (look-up...csv) I should be able to drag and drop any amount of "[login to view URL]" and convert each to new type. The program should allow me to specify certain fields. There are also certain conversions required. Details: 1. When a set of .csv (1 or many) are dragged into the "conversion bucket", there should be a dialog to allow me to specify all cells for column A, B, C, F, G, H, I (see [login to view URL] in EXCEL) for EACH first-format.csv. This specification is then duplicated in all rows until end of new. 2. Values from "[login to view URL]" are then converted into the new .csv for columns as followed: * Row 1 is deleted from [login to view URL] and replaced with row 1 in converted-format.csv. * Column C for [login to view URL] => Column D for new [login to view URL] ... * Column D => L * E => K * F => M * G => P * H => Q * J => N * K => O 3. For column E in [login to view URL], there needs to be a special conversion. Instead of "city; ST", there needs to be a look-up functions that splits the column into two columns with parameters: * Currently, see "[login to view URL]". Data in column F should be "split" by separating "; ". The 2 letter abbreviation is dropped into column 1, and the new ST is created in column 2. See "[login to view URL]". This function needs to be added into the program. Excel formula is available in column 3. * Then, "ST" => Column J for new .csv * "City" => Column K Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Excel (if necessary). .net (if necessary)
