Modifications to an already done CMS(repost)

Hello, 1) I have had made a custom CMS. I have now changed the template design. The design can be seen here: http://www.carvenue.com. As you can see the first 3 updates are shown correct, but if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will 2 more updates. It needs to show 10 updates in a row. 2) Further have I a socalled "plugsystem". Its meant for sending traffic to other sites. It works like this: A webmaster (from another site) signs up here: [login to view URL] As you can see the design needs to be fixed there (very simple). When a webmaster has send his infos I can accept the webmaster from my Admin panel. Present time there is a database error: "Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/httpd/vhosts/[login to view URL] on line 61". When I have accepted a webmaster he/she can login and and submit his link, title, description and thumbnail. The problem is there seems to be a database error with this system and further does it need to be integrated in the design. Thanks for your time.
