Online map integration(repost)

I wish to integrate into an online map our customers by address using a geocode method, 3 digit? zip codes regions grouped by color, and some text info at the near zoom level. I have software already in place to geocode addresses. This will be part of a very simple web interface that will allow a user to log in to view their grouped 3 digit zip code region. I will supply the sql database and web site, and any api codes if needed. I have a database with geocoded locations already in it.? The boundry map would perform similar to this one. <[login to view URL]> But allow me to have mulitple zip codes in a boundry area.? Like Map point does. ## Deliverables 3 types of users 1. Group 2. Regional 3. Admin Group: 3 digit zip codes will be devided into groups of 2 or more zip codes.? This group will be assigned to individual users.? ? Regional: These users will be able to see mulitple groups. Admin: These users will be able to manage users and change zip code groups. Groups will be assinged using a 2 field table. 3 digit zip(3 digit); group ID#(4 digit)
