Outlook plug-in required

I need an outlook plug-in that identifies certain text in the subject or body of the e-mail and puts a hyperlink to it. e.g. If it finds Order No.23456 or Order No. 52345 or Order#2356 (valid text) it creates a hyperlink (<http://www.durlabhcomputers.com/Module=Orders?Id=2356>) from the dictionary available (may be in XML). Like RegEx mapping to a Hyperlink and it adds the smart tag to the e-mail.
