Create a page of posts in Wordpress

I need a separate page of posts that only contains the latest 10 blog post with just the thumbnailm, title, posted by and date. its exactly the same as in the index page except that it doesnt have header sidebar and footer. and only displays 10 latest post. I also need change notes saved in notepad.. if your going to change the templates code. I will message website and login information on the awarded freelancer.
