Custom WP Theme

Hello, I'm need to create a custom WP theme, Simple stuff but it needs to be functional. Basically I want users to sing up at my site and then submit posts for moderation Posts should include these fields Product Title: text box Product Price. number box Affiliate Comissions on the Front End: number box Affiliate Comissions on the OTO1: number box Launching date: calendar box (or dropdown boxes) Launching time: dropdown box JV Page: text box to type an url Affiliate Network: (drop down list of 5 items) Niche: (drop down list of categories on wordpress) Admin user must be able to select if the post is premium or regular On the home page it should show the listing of premium posts and all posts You can look at: muncheye (dot) com We want something very similar to that. Please let me know your best bet.
