Edit wordpress theme or desing a new theme

Hello I will try give you information about my needs, Sorry for my english i hope youu will understant what i need. I want multi language support (only Turkish and English)some parts will chane when users chanege language. I will explain which parts will change. 1. I want to a menu, there is no menu like this in theme, I want to simle horizontal menu items (Movies - Short Movies - Documentaries - Message Board - Get A random movie) When user change language items will change with turkish names, (i will give you turkish names) 2 - Theme has a slider but dont like it, I want to something [login to view URL] web site 3 - Theme already have this. I want to look like this: Orginal Title English and Turkish title at same line Year of movie and imdb logo, imdb rating at same line (when click imdb logo or rating it will open imdb movie page in new window) Directors of movie (when click name users will see other movies of director in my web site) Stars (when click name users will see other movies of star in my web site) Story of movie (i want to enter turkish and english story from diffrent textboxes users will see their language) Message board logo ( i will open two message board topic for every movie, when a english user click logo, browser open english topic in new window, for turkish users open turkish topic) 4 - i will chose 5 directors, in this frame just small picture of director and his/her name, when user click one of them, they will see their movies on my site 5 - This part for two movie which i will add next day. There is two small movie picture, when user click one of them will open in new window turkish or englis my board topic which i open for this movie. 6 - share button for facebook and twitter 7 - i install a plugin. This plugin makes wordpress and phpbb borad users same, i would like change this frame, make it horizontal and move right up corner. 8 - in theme it is for stars but i want chanege it for directos. ------ homepage requests end ---------------------- add movie panel requests when you open attached file you will see how i add movie with theme. I want to change some parts. i will add 4 diffrent version of movie. Turkish subtitle mp4 , english subtitle mp4, Turkish subtitle divx, english subtitle divx. I need small logos for these. I want to enter them diffrent textboxes. Also some movies are 2 or 3 parts, i want to use diffrent textboxes or when i use i want to see like want to see like logo for turksih subtile divx part 2 I want to enter english title and turkis title with a text box I want to add turkish movie stroy and english story from diffrent text boxes, I want to enter imdb link with a textbox.
