Website Wordpress Theme from PSD File

This job requires creation of a wordpress theme from a PSD Files which will be provided, as well as a non standard font & hosting logins. Hosting login details will be provided. This hosting account has a cpanel back end. 2 non standard fonts to be created and H1-H4, Page Title headings to be customised. Methodology The theme should be created utilising CSS and DIV method. The theme should be a wordpress theme in the truest of the sense, therefore it should accommodate any plugins we install prior, especially SEO plugins. Design Do not make the assumption that 'close' enough is good enough. This website should look identical to how it looks on the PDF files – unless discussed prior and negotiated otherwise. Pages Home Home page template should have three feature sections in the middle that can be edited with widgets. Home page to have content slider that can be scrolled through. All pages to have small form off to side. Other Pages The other theme is almost the same but no feature boxes in the middle. Instead of a content slider, the image at the top should be s till iamge that can be updated via 'featured image' Navigation Menus Navigation menus should appear as outlined in the PSD document, the top menu should have a drop down menu so if client adds pages they get added to main navigation menu, styles as appears in the PDF. Top menu, same colour drop down with red highlight on hover. Client comment clouds There should be a cloud on each page were we can add via wordpress client comments on the bottom of the page. Footer menu The footer menu should also be editable via wordpress and pages added should be placed beneathe the menu item. Meta Meta tags and so on should be editable from wordpress too with All in One Seo pack. Light box or gallery A light box or similar needs to be set up for when images are popped up indivudally or in a gallery setting. Finalisation Upon Completion • The site should be moved to the correct directory (and retested) • The splash page should be removed • This theme should be provided in zip file. Browser compatibility The site’s functionality & design must be tested on the following browsers on both windows and mac operating systems: • Firefox • Chrome • Safari • Internet Explorer Please allow for some other minor adjustments.
