Wordpress Theme Developer Needed for many projects

Hello, We are looking for a wordpress theme developer. (please note that we are looking for someone to develop themes and not just integrate designs into wordpress) We would be providing the Design of all pages/ CSS - and we would require a very strong theme developer to hand us over the complete files. We would be selling these themes- so any company/wordpress pro can get lots of work in the future. when you bid on the project, please DO mention any themes you have DEVELOPED in the past, which are ready to install. We are looking for custom work and plugins on our designs. You need to be 100% proficient in WORDPRESS before bidding for this job. we can give upto 10 designs to be developed into theme in a month to start with. Later we can give about 20.
