Design an Android Application Layout

I need someone to design an Android Layout. I have the code almost ready but unfortunately I don't have the skills to finish the layout. The layout to my application is divided in three parts. 1st - The "welcome" screen with my logo on an ImageView on Top and 6 different Buttons to select a specific section. Everything must be centered (horizontally and vertically). 2nd - A topic selection screen with an Image (the same used on the button the used clicked in the "welcome" screen) and a listview containing all the available topics 3rd - A quiz screen with multiple questions. The lower part of the interface contains only a pair of arrows to navigate to the previous and next question and a horizontalscrollview with the same number of buttons as questions. The upper part of the image is a viewflipper with several layouts, each one of them is composed by all that visible elements (a question per layout). Please check the attachment. I have included three samples of how I want things done. I have also included a sample of how things should look like in the quiz layout in case you have any doubts. PS: This layout is to be used with questions about traffic (sort of traffic test questions). So feel free to add graphic details related to the theme. PS2: The layout will only be used in landscape but need to support multiple resolutions.
