Full-Time Webdesigner / Wordpress designer / forum designer / Joomla Designer - Paid Through RAC

We need a full time web-designer to manage, build and upload websites for us in a variety of platforms. Webdesigner MUST know wordpress very well and be able to create templates quickly. Also would prefer them to know joomla and phpbb2/vbulletin. The webdesigner MUST have excellent english skills and communication skills. As a full time webdesigner you will be doing 40 hours of work per week with us on various web-design projects. The webdesigner must be fluent in all aspects of webdesign but also with installation of web scripts and content management systems as well as wordpress. As a webdesigner we want to be able to give you a project and theme and expect you take that theme from start to finish. You should also have very strong design skills with photoshop and other web authoring tools such as swf/flash. The successfull monthly bidder will be on a one week trial first and then accepted based on those results. All web-designers must include a sample of your work or portfolio for us to look at. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
