Import Magento Products from Amazon XML feed

I would like a simple GUI program where I can enter my Amazon API key, category and keywork and import the corresponding XML feed from Amazon uk. From here I would like to parse the information into a CSV file that I can upload to a Magento e-commerce site. I would prefer this program to update automatically every X days, but if it has to be a manual update that is fine. I need to import and parse the following information from Amazon: category, product name, price, description, image, sku, shipping, and stock only for amazon produtcs or shipped from Amazon (no third parties). From this XML import I need to fill in the corresponding areas in a Magento CSV as well as create the url (category/product-name/), and SEO information (keywords, title, description). If you have made something like this before or have any ideas how to make this work, please let me know. I would eventually like to add other affiliate programs as well, so this job may lead to more work. I have an idea in my head of how this product should look and work, but any more ideas would be great. Thanks.
