Joomla AlphaUserPoint Rule

Hello. I have some problems with my site and AlphaUserpoints Rules with Eventlists/jomsocial.. I don't know what the problem is, I have this rule when a user sign up for an event he/she gets a point from sign up but it dos not work the user don-t get any points at all. I thing it's a jomsocial/alphauserpoint error. Anyway I tuned all Jomsocial rules off except the ones from Kunena forum, and only now use the Alphauserpoint rules. So I need someone who can add/write a new rule for AlphaUserPoints that gives user a xx points when sing up for a event in the eventlist. Also I need you too make a function that do I can set xx registration for an event so lets say I have a event publish and I only want 20 members able to sign up for it then there is no more seats. Also It should be able for a user to book a seats if someone unregister from the event. As I know there is a new beta version of the components EventLists but It dos not work with some other modules I use. I use Joomla Version 1.5.25 Alphauserpoints 1.5.13 EventList 1.0.1 JomSocial 2.6_Strike_RC1 (But thats not relevant I thing for the rules) It should be a simple and quick task for a good joomla expert.
