Oscommerce: Multiple Pics + Full Size Pic update

We have oscommerce backend set up for our site. We also manage all our catalog products with EasyPopulate module which we use a excel spreadsheet to import and manage our products. We now need to list products with multiple pictures. We need to be able to indicate the multiple product pics on the spreadsheet when importing. The site will also need to display any multiple pics for the product if it exist. Regarding the full size pics. We had a coder code us a script for thumbnails and full size pics. Unfortuneatly for some reason not all the full size pictures are showing when customer clicks on the product to enlarge. It shows blank. The problem could be due to the file extension. The coder made it very specific so it displays only .jpg format. if the file it .JPG or .JPEG or .gif than the full size doesn't show. We need modification so it shows the full size pic regardless of the extension when they click on the thumbnail. These all should be quick and minor adjustments for modification since the system is allready set up to make these changes easily. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
