PHP Sharing Site Enhancement (hafsaka)

this is a sharing site. the site contains Flash games, the games are not stored on the servers and they are links to other site. each user can add new links (any kind of link - movies, flash games, etc) and later games that will be stored on the servers. the site is youtube for flash games. the project is to fix bugs and coding new features. site dev - graphic design - fixing bugs - adding site RSS - graphic designing the forum - graphic designing the chat - making the site multilingual - comments to games (like [login to view URL]) - adding to user favorites (like [login to view URL]) - user history (like [login to view URL]) - adding supplemental code - google analytics - fixing search - adding contact us - adding what's up news editor - adding ticker - checking the code to be secure so the crawlers can not be able to rip the site admin - site control panel - user admin - content admin - statistics - ad spaces management - category management - links management - add new games pannel: the admin will decide to let the adding new games with or without registration phase 2 - cellular - adding wallpaper section for mobile phones - adding ringtone section - adding sms section - adding future to download ringtone (buyer provides the script and service) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
