Provide CSS/XHTML template for medical website

Hi, I have designed and implemented a website for a client of mine ([[login to view URL]][1]) but as you can see the layout has aged significantly. I am redisgning the site at the moment, including speeding up the page loading and make the site slicker all round. My initial mock-up of how i want the site to look is here: [login to view URL] This looks better than the original however I need a more professional look. ## Deliverables 1) My requirement is for the re-design of the XHTML strict / CSS layout. 2) Requirement 1 is one example page, showing all fonts / links / h1, h2, h3 etc... I will be willing to pay extra for any required icons etc from the likes of [[login to view URL]][2] etc. 3) This page should also include designs for the sidebars (i.e where the 'search', 'quote contents' and 'company-news' headings are. 4) The second page that I need designed is the [ [login to view URL]][3] page. This is where the products for a paticular category are displayed. I would like 2 products per row please, maybe with a rounded border or something, but please use creative flair again. 5) The third page is the <[login to view URL]> product spotlight page where 1 products detail is shown. Again creative flair required here. 6) The sites main colour must be a medical green colour, but creative flair can be utilized elsewhere. 7) the site must maintain the FMed logo at the top of the page 8) I would really like to see mock-ups of work that you guys can offer before commiting to a paticular coder. 9) The site must have a fixed 760px wide main content area but would like to have an image that repeats across the whole screen (100%) 10) I need a whole bunch of icons for functionality such as 'view quote contents' , 'add to quote'.] I do not need all these icons designed. What I need is a 1 template icon, whereby i can enter my own text for each icon (in photoshop or imageready) 11) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
