Update HTML to Tableless CSS On Our Adult Site

We have an adult website that is a mix of CSS and Tables. We'd like to update our HTML to CSS with no tables, using more modern coding standards. Our site is fully dynamic, so there are only a few pages to be fixed (main page, category page, review page). You simply need to take our existing site and make it work with fresh new modern HTML. - We require that the site validates W3C as XHTML 1.0, Strict preferably. All pages on our site must validate. - Clean coders only, that's the point of this whole thing. Our code isn't overly messy either, but it's a mix of old and new. - All of our pages must look the same or very similar upon completion/conversion. We shouldn't have to sacrifice with new HTML code on the design and looks of the site. - If you're familiar with SEO strategies in markup, please advise us in your bid the kinds of things you would consider. - Please note this is an ADULT WEBSITE and we will not be selecting any coders from India. Remember this involves no new PHP, we just want modern HTML with no tables. :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working HTML code that passes W3C Validation as XHTML 1.0 Strict complete with source code of all work done, and commented HTML. 2) All pages of our site must be updated with all new code where necessary to modern standards, CSS with no tables. All pages must pass W3C Validation. 3) All pages MUST LOOK the same or comparable, and the final say on what is acceptable will be solely our own. Our site looks quite good, and we intend to keep it that way! We are picky with how it looks. No graphics need to be made for this project, just new HTML/CSS. 4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). - Please note you may be required to see pornographic images or other media in the course of your work on this project. ## Platform Our server is linux based running PHP, MySQL and Apache.
