xml live sports odds feed

I have a project that involves taking xml files and turing them into a page that displays live odds for 8 different sportsbooks for 6 major sports. An example of this is on this website here [login to view URL] I would like something very similiar to this layout and setup. There needs to be a way to change the sport using a form like at the top of the page as well as change from side to total like this site has. I don't need the scores or ML option. I will need all 4 current sports, NFL, NBA, College Football, and College Basketball. I don't need the NHL or baseball right now since the season are not going on and that is not requried to be added to your bid. Whoever does this project I will pay you to add the other 2 sports down the road. I also don't need the login id and password part which will make things easier. I would like to keep the 468x60 banner rotation at the top of the page like they have. The part that says SBR lines sportsbook review will need to be changed to an image you will create which I will give you the text once the bidder is selected. This is not a rush project but I expect promt work and responces from the coder. I would prefer someone will xml parsing expierence if possible. If you have any questions feel free to make a comment in the bid request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform xml and php. I don't have .asp on my web hosting plan. If this makes things very difficult I will just purchase a new domain and web hosting company for this project.
