Accordion - HTML/Website code

I want an accordion function adding to my website so that the when the [read more] is clicked the accordion function makes the website grow in size to accommodate the additional text. As you can see from the file attached - when I click on "How to put a smile on your face..." the text appears beneath but it overlays the header "Let humour improve your day!" - I want the accordion to make the page grow in height so that the header "Let humour improve your day!" moves down to accommodate the text. 2. I also want the text to show as bold text.
