Add Chaturbate.com features to my hand coded PHP site

###Please reference the word Chaturbate at the beginning of your big to weed out autobids. My site is pretty straight forward as I coded it from scratch using PHP/MySQL procedural. I can code the easy stuff such as adding menu buttons, adding a new signup type to our registration, etc. What I need help with is adding video streaming with the option for streamers to be able to save the live stream to their profile, and decide whether that stream can be viewed by users in the future for FREE or if they have to be a subscriber (similar to OnlyFans). You do the following: +Create Streamers Index page which displays all of the streamers and shows LIVE streaming users first, followed by non-LIVE streamers. +Add 6 still thumbnails of Live Streams to the index page of my website for viewers to see Streamers. Thumbnail should change periodically but be cached for a few minutes, so that the thumbnail doesn't get too old and no longer resemble the same Live Stream. +Create page like the 2 website examples I provided above, that shows the Live stream. This page will be the profile page, for the Streamer registration type. It should look and function similar to the 2 examples. +Any registration type (User, Streamer, Guest not logged in) will be able to view this Streamer profile type and view the stream as well as see if this user has any Photos / Videos. They will see if the Photo/Video is FREE to view or if they need to pay a certain number of tokens or be a paying subscriber to the user like on OnlyFans, in order to unlock and be able to view the photo/video. +Streamer will have the choice in saving the Live Stream, once they are finished, to store in their Videos section of their profile and similar to the 2 examples I gave, they can set each photo/video to whether it can be viewed for FREE or if they need to be a paying subscriber to that user similar to OnlyFans. +Saved Live Streams should also replay the text Chat so that users can see what was said in the chat at any given point in the saved video stream. Youtube does this with their saved livestreams. +Logged in users will be able to participate in chat at the same time as the Live Stream. +Logged in users can send gifts such as seen on the 2 example sites I provided. +Logged in users will need a way to purchase tokens in order for spending tokens. +If a streamer is not live streaming, then a visitor to the profile will see a default image showing they aren't BROADCASTING, however the Streamer can optionally upload their own custom image, or select one of the videos on their profile. +Streamer will need to upload a face photo and also photo identification in order to prove they are at least 18 years old. Their profile won't be visible until after I have manually approved each profile after viewing their photo identification. -If Streamer's identification is not approved, or is approved, they need to be alerted. I already have code that I use to send internal notifications on the website as well as email notifications, so I can take care of alerting the user if they need to reupload their identification, or if their account was approved, etc. -You don't need to worry about website Header / Footer, as we will be including my current header/footer through file includes. +If there is anything that I am forgetting, please see the 2 example websites I provided at the beginning of this project again to get an idea of what I want. +Streamers can redeem their tokens for real money at any time. I will of course have to approve each request and manually send Paypal payments or checks. +Streamers can use some of their tokens to put their profile at the very top of the list of Streamers, for more visibility.
