Assistance making WP carousel plugin randomize posts

I have a post carousel on the mobile version of my site ([login to view URL]). Right now it correctly displays the posts, but is not randomizing it. I am not sure why this is the case and need assistance making the post change every time the page is refreshed. In the attached example the Michael Romano is always the first chef in the carousel. This needs to be randomized.
