CakePHP Website Project

Hello All - I am looking to outsource the work for a website of mine, www.writerbin.com. We are based in NY, USA, and will potentially have many projects for the right team of freelancers. Overall - I need the site to be rebuild using CakePHP. Please show me examples of CakePHP when you are bidding so I know you are skilled with it. I have a new design to be used for all pages, and also want the site to use MySQL instead of just text files like it is now. The site is already fully functional, so you can use code if it helps, or not if not possible. We want to make sure the site has all the same functionality - available to users and admins in the admin area. I haven’t used them in awhile.. so you may need to find these ;/ . If you have specific questions let me know and I will try to help.
