Create a Product Frontend Uploading Interface for Woocommerce

We are looking for someone who can help us to create an interface which will allow vendors to upload there products and the product image mockups for and some details for it will be created automatically. We have references for the same which can be shared once you start the work. Process we are trying to achieve is as followed: User uploads an image > It is process on different mockup > Products based on those mockups are created > User submits these products > Admin approves the products and the products go live.
