Create a Wordpress Template for a theme bought . Buddy press Network website.

I have bought a wordpress theme template [login to view URL] which i do need someone to help to put together plus some extra features to add to the theme. i believe it is a buddy press theme. However there are extra features from another site theme [login to view URL] which i love love too take and put on the site i recently bought . The extra features i love to integrate is as follows 1. homepage - login with their Facebook or sign up quick button access. 2. Add work . - the the members will be able to post their own projects or work to share with the community . [login to view URL] 3. On each member they will be able to see this own statistics like how many seen their post likes and comments. 4. There is a Shop feature already available with the theme but i want to integrate this with each member so they can control their own shop and add their paypal payment system. But we would love to put a feature where we take a certain commission on every item they sold. 5. Members notifications can be seen at the front top bar or a notification pop up appears. so basically each member who signs up will be able to post their own work, add their own shop, add they own event project which can been seen on the main event calendar. i prefer the look of the members dashboard and look than the one i bought. Normally i can do it myself but have no time.
