Creating a cricket website that allows for commentary to be updated, and scorecards and statistics to be updated simultaneously

I would like to create a website just like [login to view URL] WHen you click on the link to a match, you can see the commentary for that match. That commentary is entered by human. When that commentary is entered the scorecard of the match also increases number of runs and balls and calculates strike rate for the player. At the same time another table with the statistics of the player also get updated as well. For bowlers number of balls get appended by 0.1, and number of runs and wickets also get appended. FOr example : let us say I have a match like in the link below : [login to view URL] you will see that commentary and ball to ball details are updated when the ball to ball details are updated a scorecard which you cans eeat the link : [login to view URL] also gets similarly updated . Then when you click the hyperlink under each player, as the scorecard gets updated their statistics also gets updated too. Once the match is over, the link for that match gets archived under the name of the series for that year. FOr example you go to Archives and you see on the right side the years are listed so since this match happened in 2021, it would get archived under 2021 under the appropriate series page. I would like this to be done using python and flask or django please.
