CRM customer database

Looking for a developer that has a CRM ready made that we can modify to fit my needs I am a small Appliance repair company I need a CRM to keep track of my customers and technicians and open invoices Basic CRM should have customer database. Bill to database. Warranty bill to database. Invoice. Inventory tracking. Technicians. Purchasing for inventory to track for customer orders and notify when all items on invoice / Purchase order have been received. Pics and video upload to customer data base and model and serial Equipment/Appliance database. Brand. Type. Model. Serial. Mfg Id. Date purchased. Date warranty expires Database for model and serial and mfg ID. Models will be repetitive so it should predictive text models in database Merchant service to setup credit card processing Reports : taxes on invoices paid to date. Commission. Sales by commission. Sales by rep. Sales by technicians What I would like to add is google maps. To map out the techs route for the day or week. Map to see calls scheduled for the week and see where the new customer is when typing in the address Voip through Zoiper API When a call is clicked or received it should time stamp it under customers number When a call is received it will pull customers info from database Name address and latest invoices on file SMS Through twilio api Communication should be stored in customers file under phone number Email. To email invoices , date reminder. Etc App should be desktop and mobile friendly
