DID numbers VoIP Self-service Billing and provisioning

Self-service DID Order, Billing and Provisioning for our VoIP platform WHMCS, Blesta, Prestashop Module or stand-alone solution For our VoIP DID business I am looking for a customer / supplier self-service solution. The self service solution must support the ordering, billing and auto-provisioning of client and supplier DID numbers. The self-service platform is supposed to handle only the incoming call business. DID suppliers supply DIDs, we resell the numbers to clients. DID numbers typically have a fixed monthly fee and may have variable charges depending on the call tariffs and quantity called. Calls are rated by our x164 platform and rated call records are stored in a radius database. Required feature list - incomplete, will be finalised with you: - Self-service ordering and supply of DID numbers and blocks of numbers - Automatic provisioning of DID numbers in x164 softswitch platform with routing, client IPs, SIP/ H323 protocol, codecs - Customer / supplier Post-paid billing with invoices - Customer / supplier pre-paid billing with realtime payment interfaces - Invoice generation - DID Inventory keeping: number or block (1,10,100,1000) numbers in e164 format, block size (1,10,100,1000 numbers), supplier, country of origin, type mobile/fixed/freephone/electronic services etc. - Auto-Import of radius call records into customer and supplier invoices customer / supplier credit limits, auto suspension of DIDs I am considering any sort of solution: - stand-alone propriety portal - module for WHMCS, Blesta, Prestashop or ? - ready made solution based on international premium numbers, OSS/BSS or ?
